Spark window disappears after login

I have a few users who are suddenly experiencing the same issue.

They login to Spark 2.6.3 and their main contacts window doesn’t show up. They are all using dual monitors, and I’ve troubleshot the display as the issue, but that doesn’t seem to be the problem. I can login with my user account and Spark works fine. It’s acting as if there is a 3rd display that the application window is going to, but display properties only shows 2 monitors. I also deleted the user’s Spark profile (folder), uninstalled and reinstalled - no dice. Please help. Thx in advance

is it showing in the system tray?

It shows in the system tray and in the task bar. If I right-click the start menu and ‘close window’, then that item will go away, but the system tray remains and I can right-click ‘exit’ from there.
