SparkWeb and FastPath Integration

Hi,

I am new to using SparkWeb. Is there anyway to get SparkWeb and FastPath to work together. I would like my agents to be logged into SparkWeb, and receive queued chat requests from FastPath, just like how it works currently on the Spark client.

We at WGU would like that, too. We would like to not have to worry about the Spark desktop client.
