Is it possible to configure SparkWeb to automatically have the user join a specific chat room upon login?
We use Spark and OpenFire at my business, and I’ve implemented SparkWeb successfully. I want to use SparkWeb for IT support, and we have a “Help Desk” chat room already created. The goal, as I previously stated, is to have users automatically joined to the Help Desk room after they login via Spark Web.
If it’s not possible in sparkweb, is it possible with any other XMPP browser clients?
