I am running openfire 3.6 and sparkweb 0.9 on the same Windows 2003 server.
I would like to know how to keep the session live when user connecting through the Sparkweb (web jabber) is away from his computer. If this is not possible, is there away for sparkweb to show the current connection status on the interface or automatically reconnect if disconnected?
Apparently what happens right now when user leaves the computer for a while and come back to his desk the sparkweb interface still shows all the user’s list status “online” but actually he is not connected anymore. When he tried to message, other user didn’t receive the message.
