Did you find a way to translate to pt-BR? I really need this too.
Looking into the SparkWeb’s source i can’t find anything related to UI translation, except for the “locale” dir, which is empty. So, there is most probably no option for simple UI translation with a special language file. Then the only way to achieve this is to edit the source directly and then recompile your own version. You will probably need to use Flex (not sure if this is a mandatory tool for SparkWeb’s source editing).

Estou escrevendo em portugues por que creio que fale em portugues.
Pelo que sei é o seguinte.
O SparkWeb é feito em Flash flex se não me engano.
Consegui extrair o fonte dele da seguinte forma.
Faça o Download do pacote SparkWeb.zip, extraia o conteudo.
Dentro do diretorio Sparkweb. tem os arquivos de utilização do modulo WEB.
Com o programa “Flash Decompiler Trillix” abra esse arquivo Sparkweb.swf.
Do lado direito selecione-o.
No menu superior clique em convert,
Logo abaixo aponte o local para salvar os arquivos convertidos.
Depois a direita clique em Convert All, aguarde a conversão.
Agora, vá até a pasta onde salvou os arquivos convertidos.
Entre na seguinte pasta.
\SparkWeb.swf.flex\locale\en_US
Creio que é só alterar esses arquivos e depois gerar o SWF novamente.
Não tive como por que esse software é pago.
Alguem se habilita em fazer o teste?

Porém no svn não tem o conteudo do arquivo sparkweb.swf. ou o fla do mesmo, ou teria?
