Sparkweb not authenticate users in Active Directory

Hello, I need help

1 - Installed

\Openfire\plugins\admin\webapp\sparkweb

2 - The console opens

http://myserver:9090/sparkweb

Problem:

I User openfire 3.6.4 and sparkweb 0.9.0 and Activer Directory

I can not authenticate users in Active Directory

I’ve tried almost everything, can someone help me?
