SparkWeb with Fastpath

Hi everyone,

Is using red5’s sparkweb the only way to get sparkweb to work with fastpath?

And, if it is, can someone give me a hand to configure saprkweb to connect to my server? I could not get it to work, unfrtunately…

do you mena for your clients to use or for you agents to use to receive support requests?

That would be for th agents.

We are just having a little bit of a difficulty with installing additional software on all computers, so a web based client would be ideal.
