TOday i noticed that passwords are safed as Plain Text. I found an old topic here from 2006 and i am wondering that the passwords are still not hashed.
Or am i missing something?
Openfires setup allows you to choose encryption. The drawback is that less authentication mechanisms are available if you do.
Could you tell me where to enable? just went standard installation
I think it’s on the second page of the setup.
