Can someone also explain what exactly is meant by ‘offline presence’ in the context of Openfire, please?

Whether there will be any decision of the given problem or the comment of developers???

I am getting the same issue on 3.7.1

I am developing a XMPP based application and I am getting my clients disconnected prematurly. Trying to figure this out I stumblled onto this problem in the logs and thought it might be connected.
