Strange Wildfire Problem (Getting disconnected on auth)

Hello Everyone,

I’‘m having a problem with a client that uses our custom XMPP application. His login/password works fine from his home network. At his business, it doesn’‘t. In both instances, the same program is used, with the same login credentials. It looks as if Wildfire is kicking him off at his business. Here’'s a copy of that session (from my application logs):

08/21/2006 11:05:06.638 - Logging in, using 3F509AF143604951904C5487BC545B91,BF1DBFA0135B3345DCBB4BB3AE33268E

08/21/2006 11:05:06.638 - pi = 2,Connecting to server.

08/21/2006 11:05:06.668 - In ipwXMPP1Connected: 0 = OK

08/21/2006 11:05:06.678 - Connected to ss01.mydomain.net

08/21/2006 11:05:06.688 - pi = 2,Opening XML streams.

08/21/2006 11:05:06.698 - pi = 0,

If you look he tries to auth, and Wildfire boots him off without even sending a “not authorized” XML packet back. This is correlated with Ethereal logs I have, too. The debug log in Wildfire shows his socket connecting, and then it logs a “presence=unavailable” message, and that’'s it (because it disconnected him?)

While I realize this may be a problem on my end, it’‘s weird that he’'s being disconnected with no errors generated in the logs, or getting any kind of errors from the server in his attempt to log on.

I need some ideas, because this makes no sense to me!
