Subscription plugin not working

Hi All,
I’ve got the subscription plugin installed and configured to intercept and accept all requests, but its not accepting any requests from any users.

We are running Openfire 4.3.2 and the Subscription 1.4.0 plugin.

Any thoughts would be appreciated.

Unless I’m missing something, it just doesn’t work sometimes? We are using Win 8 and 10…
