Subscription presence problem

Hello guys

I have in my company internal Openfire server (3.6.4)

We have 2 departments (groups) - Dep1 and Dep2. They see each together without problems.

Now, I’d like create another group, another department - Dep3

I did Enable contact list group sharing on,

Enter contact list group name: Dep3

Share group with add users and

The following groups: Dep1 and Dep2

After all Dep3’s pepole can’t see Dep1 and Dep2.

What I did incorrectly ??

You have shared Dep3 group with Dep1/2 groups, but that doesnt mean that Dep1/2 groups automaticaly get shared with Dep3. You have to go to group Dep1 and Dep2 and share them with Dep3.
