We have implemented OpenFire in our enviroment and the adoption continues to grow. We are running across a few issues that we can’t seem to resolve and so we would like to find someone (perferably a company) who we can escalate these issues to when we come across them.

I know OpenFire lists contegix.com and version2software.com but I believe contegix is a MSP (hosted on their boxes) and V2S is a developer. Is anyone else out there?
