Does this server support video and audio chat or will support in the further?

No video or audio support is planned for anytime in the near future. Support for that would be outside the main goal of the server, which is XMPP support.

Actually, things have changed a bit since my original reply. The JINGLE XMPP extension has now been released and we intend to support it in Wildfire and Spark. It has an audio profile at the moment and will likely have a video profile in the future.
