how to discover bob protocol ?
since when I request the services using smack XMPP the Bits of Binary is not listed ,so what is the process to discover it in smack?

Follow the procedure as outlined in section 3 of XEP-0231: Bits of Binary
If you do not get a reply that includes the feature, then the target does not have support for this feature.
