Sybase database schema

Hello,

Our company is using Sybase and I had to create a schema for the JM database. I used the MS SQL Server schema as a starting point and did a few minor changes to it. So far it’'s been working fine over a month.

We’'d like to contribute this schema to the community, so it would be easier to sync it with the JM changes.

I sent you emails respectively on Friday and Monday morning (GMT+9). And I faxed the contribution agreement Friday afternoon. Did you receive them?
