System Property defining who is getting message sent to server

So, which System Property dedines who is getting messages which are sent to server directly. I have tested, and now admin is getting such messages as system message from user who is sending this msg. But i cant find property for that.

Hey wroot,

The server will first forward the message to the users specified in the “xmpp.forward.admins” property. If that property was not defined then the server will forward the message to the users allowed to log into the admin console.

Note: You can store usernames or bareJIDs in “xmpp.forward.admins”. And you can use the comma or empty space as a separator.
