I am currently investigating a solution to
provide a chat function to our website which would allow a user to talk to a support rep.
I have been looking at your jabber software and it looks pretty
impressive. I have been looking at OpenFire or Ejabberd as the server. I am leaning toward Openfire.
Could someone provide some feedback on a good combination of software to make this chat feature a success? Basic functionality is this.
