Taskbar Flashing Does Not Working

2.8.3 version

Its won’t blink on taskbar flashing but why? and how can I fix it ?
Some of them are using in our company with taskbar flashin, but some peoples can not using!

Flashing settings are in File > Preferences > Taskbar Flashing. Make sure you have flashing.jar and extracted folder in C:\Users\user\AppData\Roaming\Spark\plugins. Flashing folder should contain /lib, /native, plugin.xml. That’s for Windows. Are you using Windows? Which version?
