The “code” attribute is missing.
It’s fine in 4.0.x.
The x element with the shown namespace is a ccustom element, which is not parsed by Smack. Please Show the Provider’s code responsible for parsing it.

I can’t understand this.
It’s a valid message from xmpp server, I think it should be receive completely ,What ever it be recognise or not.
Just like a json container, it still contain in the packet even no extension provider added.
I recommend reading Smack’s documentation about the Provider structure and look at the source.
