The call comes back to me

I got a incomming call with the callerID of myself when I use spark to call othe people. Strange isn’'t it? Please help.

Hi Leonard,

I have the same problem which you got in the past.

I use Spark with SJPhone, Wildifre 2.6.0, Asterisk@home 2.6.0 and Asterisk-IM 1.1.0 .

I noticed an Exception on the Wildfire admin console too. It happens when I configure my Asterisk IM plugin (successfully) and it is the following :

org.jivesoftware.wildfire.plugin.phone.phone_002dsettings_jsp.jspService(phone 002dsettings_jsp.java:149)

java.lang.NullPointerException

I suppose it caused by a bad configuration of Asterisk, isn’'t it?

How did you resolve this problem?

Hi ,

I solved the problem.

As I supposed, a bad configuration of the context of my Asterisk users caused it.

I hope my answer will be useful to someone in the future.

Hey,

I am also facing the same problem.

My am using

*TrixBox1.1

Asterisk-IM1.1.1

wildfire 3.0.1*

But couldn’'t find out the problem.

Is there anybody to solve the problem properly?
