I have made some searches, but with such generic terms, I did not find anything significant. We are looking to see if there is any way, with or without plugins, to be able to perform daily / weekly / monthly journaling with conversations that are contrary to the Standard Archive Check Policy. syslog style logs more. We experimented with the Monitoring plugin, which seems to work for what we’re looking for, but it seems that conversations can only be exported as PDF. We ideally want to have records that can be archived and searchable in addition to having to log in to the interface to perform any search.
Any orientation / idea?
You can check the Audit log option in admin console. It saves logs in xml format.
