What do i need to be able to use a web chat module?

I would like for people to join a moderated Web based chatroom. Is this only available in the Enterprise version?

Sorry, but i am a bit confused as to what is/is not available in the Open Source version?

if you look at the server admin console on the plugins page in the Available plugins you will see that the WebChat plugin is an commercial feature (ie. Must pay for). The description at http://www.jivesoftware.com/products/openfire/features/sparkweb.jsp states that you need to purchase the Enterprise piece to use the SparkWeb plugin.
