I just saw (left pic) and I did wonder why you are using a simple and poor looking dropdown box if you could use DHTML to display something like (right pic) where one can use +/- to display/hide sub trees. Without the “Developers” and “Support” group where one may not post it looks a little bit unordered. If there are more than a few communities one may find it hard to scroll in the dropdown box.
One could use a DHTML display also within “Edit your View”. And of course within the admin section (/clearspacex/admin/content-main.jsp?communityID=1). Probably also within the forum to display threaded discussions.
