First of all I want to say that I’m reading all the documentation in this forum, but by the nature of my problem (a middle company now without spark service) I’m also looking for sugestions.
I don’t know why, but openfire in some way was misconfigured, and now no one of the people that are registered in the active directory can loggin to spark, is there any way to log to openfire without the web (I don’t know if there is a user that can log succesfully to openfire) so i can configure again the settings to solve the problem?
If I can’t do that, if I try to reinstall the aplication I will lost all the previous configuration(I think not, cause I’m using LDAP to connect all the people)?

PD: Openfire is installed in UBUNTU 9.04
