We are trying to use the Zoho Live Chat widget with Openfire/Kraken/Spark. It’s almost working except for two issues.
- The first message that the user sends us to initiate the chat fails to appear in Spark. However, subsequent messages within the same chat session appear to work fine
- Instead of displaying the name that the user inputs to initiate the Zoho chat, Spark displays a long string of characters with the user’s name in brackets at the end.
The second is not a deal-breaker issue but the first definitely is not good.
Yoru help on how to fix this is greatly appreciated…
