is open fire already support media relay for video streaming ?

or i have to used another server to be a media relay server for video.

Iā€™m also interested in this question. Is the OpenFire Media Relay like a TURN server? Or do I still need to install and configure a TURN server to bust through to NATed devices? Thanks
