Unable to access Openfire Admin Console in Firefox

Hi All,

I am unable to access Opnefire Admin Console(Ver 3.6.4) in Firefox browser, but am able to do the same in IE.

Could anyone please let me know what needs to be done to fix this issue?

Note: The Openfire server is not in my system and I am just a end user who uses the admin console for reporting purpose.

use localhost or 127.0.0.1 and login

then open it with

ipaddress:9090/index.html

ip address means the ip where your open fire server is located
