Unable to delete the macro

Hi,

We are unable to delete macro in the spark client which was given as initial response. Even after deleting the text, it shows up as the initial response when a chat starts. Please let us know the solution.

Note: We are able to replace the macro, but not able to delete it completely.

yes i have the same problem with my ‘responses’. I am not able to delete them.
