The Asterisk-IM plug-in doesn’'t appear to be working.

In the Wildfire console we receive the following error:

Unable to establish a connection to the manager server,

please see error log.

I have searched through the forum, but I didn´t find the same error

What does your manager.conf file look like?

Have you removed and reinstalled the plugin?

Vinícia, is the asterisk daemon running on your asterisk box?. The problem could be this one.

Olá, to com o Wildfire 3.0 e com o Asterisk-im 1.1.1

Não está aparecendo o status dos mapeamentos no Spark. E também não consigo chamar outro usuário. Pelas mensagens de retorno, parece que não está identificando para quem é a solicitação. Alguém teve problema parecido ?
