Unable to register new user in jabber server via xiff

Hi, Am running wildfire as jabber server in my local machine. For user created in server, am able to login thru xiff, but am unable to create new user thru xiff.

Am getting the following error:

SENT:

Every Event: error

Error Msg

Data: undefined

Code: 400

Condition: bad-request

Message: undefined

Type: modify

Bad Request

Any one, provide me a solution to solve this probs’’
