Upgrade 3.1.0b to 3.1.1

Ok finally got round to looking at the upgrade, just need to make sure I have the plan right before i do it A I cannot find a conclusive upgrade path for my machine running on debian stable

I’'ve go the wildfire_3_1_1.tar.gz tar ball and unpacked it. now can i simply replace this wildfire directory with my 3.1.0b one?

I think coping my old wildfire.xml will be ok as i cant see any differences that will affect it.

So finally will starting the server be enough to do any db upgrades etc?

Thanks for your help, I can see some answers to my quieries but I just need something conclusive particulaly any db upgrades

Hi,

replacing the old files and keeping conf/wildfire.xml is the normal and very easy update procedure. Make also a backup of your database before you upgrade.
