I just wanted to post a huge thank you & a huge shout out to all my peeps out there who are responsible for the upgrade process to be so good these days. I have had lots of struggles in the past with doing a “rpm -Uvh example” on a number of RHEL & centOS servers wherein wildfire & openfire have not come back up after, but the last few releases hgave been perfect. I mean perfect. Easy, fast, effective, just perfect. I’ve even (shame on me) stopped backing-up the XML’s file before doing the upgrade since the upgrader now seems stable.
