Upgrade http-bind for Xiff (As2) old version

At the moment, we have upgraded the http-bind for Xiff(As2) version. We tested on Openfire 3.6.3, everything is ok

Besides, we added some features for this old version

  • Ping to server

  • MD5 (SASL)

Great to hear you have some updates on the AS2 side, but why not just add them as attachment here?
