User can't see members of group after network drop

I have a user that is part of a a group (LDAP active directory) that lost network connection to the PC today. Ever since that time the user can log in fine but the group name or the members of her group will not display in the client, Spark. No other users have this issue. I have removed her from the AD group, cleared the group cache on the openfire server, added her back to the AD group and she appears when viewing the group in openfire. When logged in she appears authenticated and can reply to a message when she recieves one, just not see memebers. She shows up in all of the other clients from other users as well.

I have tried logging in from 2 different machines with the same result.

Any suggesstions.

I restarted the openfire server and it seemed to fix issue. Strange.
