When a user installs the Spark client, he should see everyone else in the organization who is online, since I set it up that way on the openfire server (connected to active directory). But he doesn’t. I am testing this setup and most everyone can see everyone eles who is online, just not this person. Any reason for that? What are some things I can do to fix it?
