User group function not available

Dear All,

Just setup a openfire server, created some users, everything looks fine with spark client.

But when I create a new group, click to add user to group, seem not working, and I find user group function is not available when I editing a user.

Is there something wrong with my data base setup? I use mysql as the database tool.

Do you mean you just press Add button (next to Add User: field)? You have to put username of a user you want to add into that field.

Thanks for your reply, I’ve checked some useful setup video on youtube.

And find I need to input the created user name in to one of the existing group, Not select a member to add to a user group. Maybe this helps, will try it tomorrow.

I’ve find the right way to add user to group, it’s quite stupid, but thanks anyway…
