User in AD not listed in Users/Groups

Hello all

I’m sorry if this has already been posted by someone - just couldn’t find the solution.

After a power supply failure in my Linux CentOS (where openfire is installed), my user has gone from the users list. I synchronize them with AD.

Is there a way to force re-synch?

I’ve already tried to reconfigure LDAP settings with success but this one user does not appear. I was connected to the admin page and de IM when the power problem occurred.

Any help?

I’m currently using Openfire 3.6.2 with Windows 2003 Server
