A friend and I are working with Openfire servers on two different domains. We have the Server-to-Server connection working well enough for us to add users from eachother’s servers and to communicate with eachother. However, when you select a user from the other server and try to retrieve User Info it comes up blanks. It also does not retrieve Nicknames so they always appear as @ however we are getting mood and status updates.
We have opened the default server-to-server port but is there another port that needs to be open or a setting we may need to adjust in our Openfire configurations?
