User search with JWChat`

I am using JWChat and when I do a User Seach it returns no results. I checked with their support and they dont have a fix for this but I was wondering if anyone here ran into the same problem and had a solution.

Hi;

I am having the same problem, running JWChat 1.0beta2 using Tomcat and the Wildfire Server version 2.4.4. The User Search doesn’‘t work, I’'m not sure if this is a problem with my configuration or the software.

Are you hitting the enter button or clicking the button?

Upon re-reading my post it doesnt sound right.

What I mean is are you clicking the “Enter” button on the keyboard or clicking the “Submit” or “Send” button on the screen with the mouse?
