Hi,

i’m using OF 3.5.0 with the enterprise plugin. All clients are using miranda.

Now to my problem, some user have the problem that other user see them offline but they can chat.

A other problem is that if a user sign to the server the other users on the contact list did not see him as a online user.

i hope really that someone can help me.

Hi,

Quick questions.

  • Are you pulling your users and groups from LDAP ?

  • Are you using teh shared groups functions to populate the roster of your clients ?

If yes to both : your issue appears to be a bug (not confirmed/acknowlegded by openfire devs) in openfire product which is more detailed in this forum thread :
