Usernames not consistent in room listings

Problem:

I noticed in the Spark Client, users sometimes show up as “username@domain_name” and sometimes simply as “Username”. (That is before or without renaming them from the client window.) I am unable to find a way for them to all show up as “username” initialy. Is this a setting on Jive or in the Spark Client? Or is there something else going on? All users have been set up by me in the admin screens.

Not a pressing issue by any means, but I am guessing its a simple setting I am overlooking.

We’‘ve seen this behavior before, specifically with the Shared Group feature. We think it’'s a server problem at the moment and will try to track it down.

Thanks for the reply. Over the last few days watching its behaviour, I find it seams to be random in nature so I will ignore it for now.
