Hi,
I just transferred my Jive Messenger Server from UK to India Office .I am using Mysql as external database . I took the backup of database from old server and restored it on new server when I tested it was working fine ,But when I made this live my users started facing problem .This started with one user but now most of they are facing same problem .
Problem ; Users they get logged in and after some time they go offline and in fraction of seconds they are back, they are not able to chat also.
I made DNS change also.
Pl let me know where is the problem.
