Users Cannot Login to Spark, Keeps saying connecting

My business has only 2 AD groups, users which have little to no rights and administrators which obviously have all rights to install and modify programs. Im running into a problem running spark under user accounts. Spark works when logged in as a administrator (windows) and works fine. However when im logged in as a user, it will open and just hangs on “connecting”. I have given users full rights to the spark folder but still I get the same problem. Any solutions?


Is there a way I as an administrator set the default settings to point to the right server, so that users do not have to set the setting manually?
