Users cannot see each other

Hi,

I just installed newest beta versin of Openfire. Running on Windows Server 2003 x64.

User are able to connect to the server and in the admin interface I can see them as logged in.

It is also possible to search for users and to add them to the contact list.

Unfortunately they are shown as offline. I tried to write to this offline contact just to test but this also did not reach the other contact.

I am using MIranda Jabber Plugin.

Any suggestions?

Are you using local users or pulling them from LDAP? You can try with some other client.

I am using local users. The builtin DB.

Actually it got even worse. Suddenly the password for the admin console does not work anymore. I never changed it :frowning:
