Users can''t see eachother / Can''t Create Groups

I have Jive 2.2.2 running and authenticating users with LDAP to a win2k Active Directory. When The users can connect with Pandion and the server shows them as authenticated. When users try to add other users to their contacts Pandion just says “awaiting authorization” under the contact name. I can send messeges to the users from the server admin console so I know that the users are connected to the server.

I was searching the groups and someone mentioned that they had to play with the groups settings. Whenever I try to create a group I get “group already exists” eventhough no groups have been created.

What am I doing wrong?

Are you adding contacts as user@servername or user@serverIP?
