Users not listed in Spark

I have just installed the lastet version of OpenFire and spark, configured Active Directory to see the users in a specific group and when a user is logged into spark I can not see them in the list of users. In the OpenFire console I can see all the users listed from the group that I specified. I can chat with any of the users using spark but I cannot the users. Any help would be great.

Have you enabled sharing for this group in Admin Console? Go to group setting and enable sharing, specify a name and set who can see it.

Where is this in the admin console? I see a users and groups section but I do not see anywhere where I can see where I can share the group.
