I’ve got a couple members of staff who are unable to receive broadcast messages that are sent to the group they are in. They receive the message box that the broadcast should be in but no text. The same applies when one-to-one messages are sent.
I have determined that they are using the updated version of Spark that we have on the rest of the machines on site. I am wondering if a simple reinstallation will solve the problem or if there is an underlying problem?
Simple reinstall probably won’t help. You can try wiping their profile and starting with a fresh profile (if you don’t care for lost history and settings)
