Several of our users have reported that some users are showing as offline when they are actually online. Logging out of Spark then logging back in seems to correct the issue temporarily, but it will return at a later time. For one user today I uninstalled Spark and reinstalled it as a test and will have the user notify me if she notices this behavior again.
Has anyone seen similar behavior? Any suggestions to correct this?
All our users are running WIndows XP SP3 with Spark 2.5.8 and the backend is Openfire 3.6.0
