Users showing up with JID instead of nickname

I just added about 50 users to my Wildfire/Spark installation. Out of all those users, most everyone is showing up with their nickname as expected. However, I have a few users that are only showing up with their JID (name@Server) or not showing up in the offline or online list at all.

I just restarted the Wildfire service in hopes that would fix the issue, but it doesn’'t appear to have done so.

Any ideas?

==> If you are using Wifi 2.5.0 then this is a known bug and 2.5.1 should solve this problem.
